Do you offer faster delivery?
We have a link if you wanted to upgrade to Royal Mail Special Delivery which arrives up to 1pm the next day (we do not offer this service for Northern Ireland), please contact us if you require this option.
How long will my order take?
For personalised prints, we aim to dispatch your order on the same or next day, all of our orders are sent by Royal Mail First Class Post, so you should expect to receive your order within 2 days if your address in mainland UK.
For watercolour illustrations, after you have uploaded your photo we aim to create an illustration the next day and send you a screenshot for your approval, after you have approved your order, we will aim to dispatch your order on the same or next day, all of our orders are sent by Royal Mail First Class Post, so you should expect to receive your order within 2 days if your address in mainland UK.
How do I order a watercolour illustration?
Once you have placed your order, please upload your photo to: email@example.com, once we have received your order, we will create a watercolour illustration for you, with any special requests and then add any names and personalisation. We will send a screenshot to your email address for your approval, once we have this your print will be either mounted or framed. wrapped in tissue paper and carefully packaged.
Will you tell me if the quality of my photo is not good enough to use?
If the photograph you have sent us is poor quality we will email you and let you know. If the personalisation you have sent us doesn’t quite work and we feel we need to send you a proof we will do so before proceeding with your order.
Can I ask for any special requests for watercolour illustrations?
We love a challenge and are happy to incorporate your special request into your illustration, this could be adding a beloved pet to a home illustration, removing unsightly bins or cars, neutralising a background or adding in a new background.
Can I ask for any special requests for personalised prints?
Yes we can personalise your print further, just send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your request and we can tell you if it's possible before you place your order.
Can I change my photo/text to a watercolour illustration?
We want you to be happy with your final print so after sending your watercolour illustration screenshot to you, you will have the opportunity to revise any copy and decide if you want to use a different photo.
Do you supply proofs of my order?
For all of our watercolour illustrations, we do supply proofs/screenshot for your approval. We do not normally offer proofs on all our other products but we are very happy to send one to you if requested.
Can I get a duplicate print?
Yes, a straight duplicate print involves no additional artwork, so we’re happy to do that for you at a reduced price. Just ask and we will send you a link to cover the cost of the print and shipping.
I love my print, but I’ve made a mistake! Can I get a reprint?
Yes, mistakes happen, please email us at email@example.com and we will send you a link to re-order a print at a reduced rate.
Can I just order a print?
Yes, most of our products offer the option to order just a print, it will come with a hard-backboard and cellophane envelope. But please contact us at birdyhome@hotmail if you can't find the option.
Can I just order a mounted print?
Yes, most of our products offer the option to order a mounted print, it will come with a mount and hard-backboard mount board and cellophane envelope. But please contact us at birdyhome@hotmail if you can't find the option.
Do you offer vouchers?
Yes we do! We have a product listing for this option but we can send you a link if you request one at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What is your return policy?
We want to be very happy with your order but please contact us at email@example.com if you would like to cancel your order, return or exchange your product.
If received, package the item up and return within 14 days of contacting us that you wish to cancel, return or exchange a product

My order has arrived but it's broken?
We’re really sorry that your gift hasn’t arrived in one piece. We know how important it is for your gift to be in perfect condition and we’ll do our best to try and solve the problem.
The quickest and easiest way for us to help with a broken/damaged gift is to see a photograph of it. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will offer a replacement for you.
I have contacted you but haven't received a reply
We are sorry you are yet to receive a reply for us yet. We know with personalised gifting every order or query is normally time-sensitive, so we apologies we have gotten back to you yet.
We try to reply to emails within 24-48 hours (Monday to Friday). We don't usually work over the weekend, so if you have messaged late on a Friday or over a weekend it would it be Monday or Tuesday you should expect to receive a reply.
At our busy times of the year, these times might be slightly extended as the number of orders we get significantly increase. Please note: We reply to all orders in date and time order so we will be answering the oldest enquiries first, so please bear with us if you haven't had a reply as of yet.
Have you checked your email Junk Folder? Sometimes emails from us automatically get added to your Junk Folder due to a combination of Internet Providers and email client used. So you might have had a reply it might just be hiding, so it's definitely worth checking!
I have a discount code but forgot to apply it
Don't worry. In most cases you will be able to claim the discount as long as the discount code is still valid, we will happily refund the difference.
